The Family Handoff Kit is a digital product. It includes downloadable files (PDF and spreadsheet) and a link to make your own copy of a Google Sheet. It helps you record where your important information is kept, so your family knows where to look if something happens. No physical item is shipped.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price is shown in US dollars at checkout and is a one-time payment. There is no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners (including PayPal). We never see or store your full card details. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

5. DELIVERY
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive your download links on the order confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive them within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

6. LICENSE
When you purchase The Family Handoff Kit, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, use, fill in, and print the files for yourself and your own family. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or publish the files, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial purposes.
